Blackberry Z10 unlocking instructions:

1) Insert a non accepted simcard into the phone (any simcard that is not from the original phone carrier). Power on phone.

2) Go to settings > security and privacy > simcard. Tap on “Unlock Network”.

3) Enter in the unlock code when prompted. If you don’t have an unlock code for your phone, you can get one on our Blackberry unlock code webpage.

4) The phone should display the message “Network Code Entered Successfully”. Your Blackberry is now unlocked.

IMPORTANT: If you received a 16 digit code, and the unlock code you entered in is being rejected, then enter in only the first 8 digits of the unlock code. So if your code is 1111111111111111 then you would just enter in the first 8 digits, so 11111111

To confirm that your phone is unlocked, go back to “Sim Card” and you will notice that your phone number is displayed. And under the section “Phone Network Lock”, you will see that Network/Network Subset/Service Provider all show as unlocked. Go back to your home screen and in the top right hand corner you will see signal bars and the name of your new carrier.
